Singing for Fun members taken during a visit to a performance at the Hall for Cornwall.
Please note: This group is currently fully booked so is unable to accept new members.
Our group is a small group who simply enjoy singing for FUN, and will try any genre of music.
We are not a choir who performs. You don't need to be able to read music. You won’t be asked to audition! And you don’t even need a half decent voice.
We are a non-judgemental, kind, and collaborative group seeking to encourage one another to sing and express themselves through that medium.
All suggestions are appreciated as to what you might like to sing i.e. from Mama Mia through to 1940’s music. We have a bank of music with words for individual members.
We encourage everyone to bring a song or two of their choice each week. The current format is to email our co-facilitator in the week before the meeting with your song choice, so she can bring multiple word copies plus media backup (YouTube).
