Practise your French in a friendly and informal setting with other members. We believe that we should not allow a fear of mistakes to stop us from talking. We try to learn from our mistakes and hopefully improve with mutual support.

Previous topics have included, “What we have been watching on television”,  “Desert Island Discs – which music would you take”, “Favourite paintings” and “Going to the cinema” – just to get the conversation started.  However, this can often take unexpected turns, challenging our vocabulary and grammar; so we have also done a few light-hearted grammar and vocabulary exercises to revise and extend our use of the language.

We meet on alternate Tuesdays in the home of the facilitator, either in the conservatory or garden depending on the weather.
