Being a member of the Penzance u3a provides many benefits and opportunities to members. These include:
- Access to Penzance u3a monthly social meetings and coffee mornings
- Monthly informative newsletters from both Penzance u3a, and the u3a National Office (upon registration)
- Access to regular Online Learning - Events organised by the National Office
- Various support materials from the National Office for facilitating groups
- A glossy magazine issued five times per year for only the cost of postage and handling
- Access to the National Office 'Interest Groups Online', which covers a variety of different subjects accessed online. Note that the cost of membership to this is in addition to any other u3a membership cost.
Friends Extra - offers and discounts
u3a Friends Extra provides a range of offers, discounts and additional services for Friends of u3a - including u3a members and non-members.
Members who sign-up to receive the u3a Friends newsletter will also gain exclusive access to the u3a Friends Extra website where they can register their details to create a u3a Friends Extra account and start saving.
